Our fudge is handmade. We take every precaution to deliver you a quality, tasty product.
There is however a possibility that manufacturers of the ingregiants and commercial foods, we use, could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
The Great British Fudge Club does not accept responsibility for any allergic reactions to the consumption of our foods.
Some of our fudge, such as Cherry Bakewell Fudge, contains nuts by design. However some of the oils and ingredients we use, may also contain traces of nuts, including peanuts.
IMPORTANT - Our customers are advised not consume our products if they have any allergen issues.

Default
Default
Should any default be made in paying any sum due to us or should a Receiving Order or Winding up Order be made against the customer, then in any such case we may, at our option excercisable at any time, either suspend all further deliveries until the default be made good or cancel the order in so far as any further work remains to be done, by written notice to the customer of our intention so to do, but in either case without incurring any liability and without prejudice to the right to recover any payment due the customer shall indemnify us for any loss sustained in consequence of the non-completion of the contract.
